Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Iron Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Jackson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
