Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on account openings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
