Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
