Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
