Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Baltimore with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
