Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Nest Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
