Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Clear Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
