Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Toledo serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Families are partners. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
