Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
