Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Fernwood Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
