Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
