Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Loom Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices.
