Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
