Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
