Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charleston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
