Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Glen Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
