Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Birch Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
