Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Fernwood Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
