Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
