Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Community Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
