Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind Fox Auto Group is a Baltimore company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
