Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Nova Kestrel Medical is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis.
