Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
