Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
