Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Westbrook Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Chicago, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
