Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Spokane area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 356 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
