Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Thistle Property Management Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 846 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
