Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
