Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
