Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
