Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Energy and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 716 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
