Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Insurance Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
