Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Facilities looks after properties across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
