Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Seattle, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
