Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Fresno serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
