Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
