Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Labs is a regional lender in Reno with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
