Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Hospitality is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
