Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Clearpath Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
