Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Mill Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing.
