Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Houston. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
