Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
