Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
