Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
