Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
