Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Umber Civic Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis.
