Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
