Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Clearpath Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in vendor spend and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
