Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis.
