Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Freight Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in carrier rates and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
